1. Reservation: Follow the steps to fill out the booth space reservation. You will be able to view the floor plan and select your space.
2. Application/Contract: Complete the official contract by agreeing to the Expo! Expo! Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment: Payment can be made online by credit card; checks may also be mailed to the IAEE office. (NOTE: prior to 1 August, 50% deposit is due at time of reservation to hold the space; after 1 August, FULL payment is due to secure the space.)
4. Confirmation: Show management will email confirmation of your booth reservation once approved.

Times: 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, 28 November | 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, 29 November

Cost: Members pay $3,500 and non-members pay $4,600 per 100 square feet.

There is an additional fee of $300 per corner. After 1 October 2017, late member rate increases to $3,700.

Exhibit Space Includes:

  • Pipe and Drape - 8 ft. draped back wall and 3 ft. draped side rails
  • Signage - Company ID Sign (7" x 44")
  • Booth Staff Badges - 3 badges per 100 square feet for exhibit staff (access to show floor and 4 special programs)
  • Lead Retrieval Unit -1 complimentary mobile license per booth 
  • Food & Beverages - complimentary lunch and dessert served in the exhibit hall for exhibitors and attendees on Wednesday, 29 November
  • Standard Booth Cleaning - pre-show
