Badge Registration

REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Exhibitors may now register Booth Staff as well as those attending the Full Meeting.

Important Note: It is recommended by the registration software provider that Google Chrome be used as the web browser when registering. Clearing your browsing history (or data cache) can also help the system run faster. Please contact the Exhibitor Office if you encounter any unresolvable issues when registering.


BOOTH STAFF - for exhibitor trade show personnel only

Each exhibitor is eligble to receive three (3) complimentary Booth Staff badges per 100 square feet of exhibit space booked. Additional Booth Staff badges may be purchased for $150 per person. (Maximum number of purchased badges may not exceed the number provided at no charge.) These badges provide access to the show floor (move-in, during the show, and move-out) as well as these four special functions:

  • Opening Fiesta!
  • Opening General Session
  • Keynote General Session
  • Expociety (Closing Party on Thursday)


FULL MEETING - includes access to all education sessions

To register those attending the Full Meeting, select Exhibiting Suppliers/SUPPLIER. If you purchased the option to include Full Meeting registrations with your exhibit space (at a discounted rate), an email will be sent with your special registration codes. Additional Full Meeting registrations may be purchased at a cost of $1,029 each.
