Darleen Santore makes it her life’s mission to motivate, inspire and awaken greatness in others. Better known as "Coach Dar," she coaches and helps individuals gain clarity and focus in order to live well, lead well and propel themselves to new heights. She suffered a stroke at age 25 and it rocked her world. But Darlene Santore didn’t stay down for long. Despite depression and health obstacles, Darlene figured out a way to turn that pain into purpose. Now she teaches others to do the same.
For twenty years, she has worked as a Board-Certified Occupational Therapist as well as a Life and Leadership Coach. As a therapist, she’s worked side-by-side with individuals who have overcome unimaginable setbacks because of illness or injury. Known for her mental strength conditioning work with athletes in the NBA, MLB, NFL and NHL she most recently worked as the mental conditioning and life coach for the Phoenix Suns. Her reach to pro-athletes significantly helps players up their game, overcome obstacles, gain a mental edge, get out of “slumps” and become better leaders with purpose on and off the court. She is the nationally acclaimed U.S. Ambassador for the Global Pay It Forward Initiative that has inspired random acts of kindness in the lives of over 10 million people worldwide and is also an Ambassador for the international lifestyle brand lululemon.
