What to Expect as a Show Organizer First Timer…
IAEE would love to welcome you as a new member to the organization and to Expo! Expo!. Your Show Organizer First Timer experience will include:
- Full Access Registration to Expo! Expo! 2025 at a discounted price. (Valued at regular Member Rate of $1099 USD)
- Be Smart Rate (before 17 October): $299 USD
- Post Be Smart Rate (After 18 October): $499 USD
- Includes access to learning sessions, show floor, opening reception, lunch on the show floor, general session, chapter receptions and closing event.
- Virtual Show Organizer First Timer Orientation on 3 December at 1:00PM CT.
- Show Organizer First Timer Breakfast on Tuesday, 9 December at 7:30 AM CT.
- Show Organizer First Timer Reception on Wednesday, 10 December at 3:30 PM CT.
- Access to the Show Organizer First Timer Lounge with complimentary refreshments.
Termes et conditions
- In order to qualify, accepted participants must maintain active membership with IAEE through January 2026.
- Have never attended Expo! Expo!
- Les participants doivent assister à :
- Virtual Show Organizer First Timer Orientation on 3 December at 1:00PM CT.
- Show Organizer First Timer Breakfast on Tuesday, 9 December at 7:30 AM CT.
- Show Organizer First Timer Reception on Wednesday, 10 December at 3:30 PM CT.
- Participants must visit the Show Organizer First Timer Lounge at least once during the Lounge’s operating hours.
- Les participants acceptés doivent accepter un horaire et doivent assister à un minimum de quatre (4) rendez-vous avec les exposants pendant l'Expo ! Expo ! afficher les heures d'ouverture.
- Prenez rendez-vous pour visiter le stand Map Your Show pendant l'Expo ! Expo ! afficher les heures d'ouverture. Le total de quatre (4) rendez-vous comprend le rendez-vous avec Map Your Show.
- Direct any questions related to the Show Organizer First Timer Program to Hannah Deters, CEM, directrice, événements et développement durable.
- Organizers who do not meet the qualifying criteria will be given the opportunity to register as an attendee.
- IAEE reserves the right to limit the number of Show Organizer First Timer opportunities.
- Show Organizer First Timer Program participants who do not meet the terms and conditions noted above, including the requirement to attend a minimum of four (4) exhibitor appointments while onsite, are subject to be charged for the full meeting registration rate of $1099 USD.
