- Includes access to learning sessions, show floor, opening reception, lunch on the show floor, general session, chapter receptions and closing event.
- Virtual First Timer Orientation – Time and Date will be announced soon!
- First Timer Breakfast on Tuesday, 9 December at 7:30 AM CT.
- First Timer Reception on Wednesday, 10 December at 3:30 PM CT.

- In order to qualify, accepted participants must maintain active membership with IAEE through January 2026.

- Organizers who do not meet the qualifying criteria will be given the opportunity to register as an attendee.

- First Timer Program participants who do not meet the terms and conditions noted above, including the requirement to attend a minimum of four (4) exhibitor appointments while onsite, are subject to be charged for the full meeting registration rate of $1099 USD.
