Le programme d'acheteur hébergé comprend :
- Full Access Registration to Expo! Expo! 2026– valued at $1,099 USD (regular member rate).
- Includes access to educational sessions, show floor, opening reception, lunch on the show floor, general session, chapter receptions and closing event.
- Up to $750 USD to assist the participants with travel costs. This stipend is paid after the event upon completion of onsite commitments and receipt submission.
- Accès au salon des acheteurs hébergés avec des rafraîchissements gratuits.
- Virtual Hosted Buyer Orientation – Time and Date TBD
- Exclusive Hosted Buyer Breakfast on 17 November at 7:30 AM CT.
- Hosted Buyer Reception on 18 November at 3:30 PM CT.
Qualifications de l'acheteur hébergé :
- Did not attend Expo! Expo! in 2025 as a Hosted Buyer.
- Participants Organization must own or operate their own event and/or exhibition.

- Les participants doivent être de niveau Manager ou supérieur.

- Virtual Hosted Buyer Orientation – Time TBD
- Petit-déjeuner de bienvenue offert à l'acheteur on 17 November at 7:30 AM CT.
- Réception d'acheteur hébergée on 18 November at 3:30 PM CT.
- Les participants doivent visiter le Hosted Buyer Lounge au moins une fois pendant les heures d'ouverture du Lounge.
- Meeting Requirements:
- IAEE MEMBERS: Accepted participants must agree to schedule and must attend a minimum of eight (8) appointments with exhibitors during the Expo! Expo! show floor hours including Discover Puerto Rico and The Palm Beaches Florida.
- NON-MEMBERS: Accepted participants must agree to schedule and must attend a minimum of nine (9) appointments with exhibitors during the Expo! Expo! show floor hours including Discover Puerto Rico, The Palm Beaches Florida and IAEE.
- There is a $100 registration fee that serves as a deposit for the program. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, the full amount will be refunded post event.
- L’IAEE n’acceptera qu’une (1) candidature par acheteur individuel. En cas de réception de plusieurs candidatures, la première candidature sera traitée.
- By completing the Hosted Buyer Application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Hosted Buyer Program.
- Participation in the Hosted Buyer Program will be limited to one (1) participant from each event and/or exhibition.

- Les acheteurs qui ne répondent pas aux critères de qualification auront la possibilité de s'inscrire en tant que participant.
- Les candidats non acceptés au programme Hosted Buyer peuvent se qualifier pour le Show Organizer First Timer Program.
- Participants are required to complete a reimbursement form and the attendee post-show survey by 22 December 2026. The online survey link will be sent to the participant’s email address.
- L'IAEE se réserve le droit de limiter le nombre d'opportunités d'achat hébergé.
- L'IAEE se réserve le droit de modifier les paramètres, termes et conditions de qualification du programme.
