What to Expect as a Hosted Buyer:

Hosted Buyer Program includes:

  • Full Access Registration to Expo! Expo! 2026– valued at $1,099 USD (regular member rate).
    • Includes access to educational sessions, show floor, opening reception, lunch on the show floor, general session, chapter receptions and closing event.
  • Up to $750 USD to assist the participants with travel costs. This stipend is paid after the event upon completion of onsite commitments and receipt submission.
  • Access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge with complimentary refreshments.
  • Virtual Hosted Buyer Orientation – Time and Date TBD 
  • Exclusive Hosted Buyer Breakfast on 17 November at 7:30 AM CT.
  • Hosted Buyer Reception on 18 November at 3:30 PM CT.

Hosted Buyer Qualifications:

  • Did not attend Expo! Expo! in 2025 as a Hosted Buyer.
  • Participants Organization must own or operate their own event and/or exhibition.
  • Participants must be a decision-maker for organizations’ events and/or exhibitions.
  • Participants must be Manager level or higher.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Participants are required to attend:
    • Virtual Hosted Buyer Orientation – Time TBD
    • Hosted Buyer Welcome Breakfast on 17 November at 7:30 AM CT.
    • Hosted Buyer Reception on 18 November at 3:30 PM CT.
  • Participants must visit the Hosted Buyer Lounge at least once during the Lounge’s operating hours.
  • Meeting Requirements:
    • IAEE MEMBERS: Accepted participants must agree to schedule and must attend a minimum of eight (8) appointments with exhibitors during the Expo! Expo! show floor hours including Discover Puerto Rico, Legends Global, and The Palm Beaches Florida.
    • NON-MEMBERS: Accepted participants must agree to schedule and must attend a minimum of nine (9) appointments with exhibitors during the Expo! Expo! show floor hours including Discover Puerto Rico, Legends Global, The Palm Beaches Florida and IAEE.
  • There is a $100 registration fee that serves as a deposit for the program. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, the full amount will be refunded post event.
  • IAEE will only accept one (1) application per individual buyer. In the event of more than one application is received, the first application will be processed. 
  • By completing the Hosted Buyer Application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Hosted Buyer Program.
  • Participation in the Hosted Buyer Program will be limited to one (1) participant from each event and/or exhibition.

  • Buyers who do not meet the qualifying criteria will be given the opportunity to register as an attendee.
  • Applicants not accepted to the Hosted Buyer Program may qualify for the Show Organizer First Timer Program.
  • Participants are required to complete a reimbursement form and the attendee post-show survey by 22 December 2026. The online survey link will be sent to the participant’s email address.
  • IAEE reserves the right to limit the number of Hosted Buyer opportunities.
  • IAEE reserves the right to change program qualification parameters, terms, and conditions.
