特邀买家

条款和条件：

• 参加者须出席：
  • Virtual Hosted Buyer Orientation on– Time TBD
  • 主办买家欢迎早餐会 on 17 November at 7:30 AM CT.
  • 特邀买家招待会 on 18 November at 3:30 PM CT.
• 参与者必须在特邀买家休息室开放时间内至少访问一次特邀买家休息室。
• Accepted participants must agree to schedule and must attend a minimum of nine (9) appointments with exhibitors during the Expo! Expo! show floor hours.
• Schedule appointments to visit the Discover Puerto Rico, The Palm Beaches Florida, and IAEE booths during Expo! Expo! show floor hours. The total of nine (9) includes the three appointments with Discover Puerto Rico, The Palm Beaches Florida , and IAEE.
• There is a $100 registration fee that serves as a deposit for the program. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, the full amount will be refunded post event.
• IAEE 仅接受每位买家一 (1) 份申请。如果收到多个申请，则将处理第一个申请。 
• By completing the Hosted Buy Application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Hosted Buyer Program.
• 每个成员贸易展会仅限一 (1) 名特邀买家计划参与者。
• 如有任何与特邀买家计划相关的问题，请直接联系 托管买家信息电子邮件。
• 不符合资格标准的买家将有机会注册为与会者。
• 未获特邀买家计划录取的申请人可能有资格获得 Show Organizer First Timer Program.
• Participants are required to complete a reimbursement form and the attendee post-show survey by 22 December 2026. The online survey link will be sent to the participant’s email address.
• IAEE 保留限制特邀买家机会数量的权利。
• IAEE 保留更改计划资格参数、条款和条件的权利。
