IAEE is working closely with the Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville Tourism, GES, the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), and other show partners on health and safety measures. The health and safety of our attendees and all event stakeholders to Expo! Expo! IAEE’S Annual Meeting & Exhibition is of utmost importance, and we are committed to safely accommodating all attendees.
IAEE follows the guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as it relates to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases along with local requirements to meet safely. Proof of negative test within 48 hours of arrival or proof of vaccination may be required. Requirements are subject to change.

Full Meeting – Full Meeting registrations include access to General Sessions, Opening Reception, Show Floor and the Expo! Expo! Education Program.
Expo Only – Free to Member Organizers and $0 USD for Non-Yet Member Organizers. Includes access to Opening Reception and Show Floor (excludes Expo! Expo! Education).
Sophomore Rate – Organizer members who have attended Expo! Expo! only one time in the past are eligible for this reduced rate for a Full Meeting registration.
Buy Three, Get One Free: Organizers who buy 3 Full Meeting passes get the 4th Full Meeting pass free. Contact Hannah Deters, CEM for a code to use for the 4th registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, in whole or in part, to a registration, must be made in writing, and may be subject to cancellation fees. For a full refund, written cancellations must be received no later than 30 business days prior to the event. All approved refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations will not be accepted within 10 business days of the event and event fees will not be refunded after the event begins. Send written cancellation requests to:
