Are you ready to get down to business but also have some fun? Welcome to day one of the Expo! Expo! show floor opening at 3:45 PM on Tuesday, 5 December. Day one of Expo! Expo! is all about infusing the festivalization of events with business on the show floor. While meeting with exhibitors, check out the business lounge, wellness lounge and CEIR Silent Auction. Take a stroll through four iconic neighborhoods in Dallas: Victory Park, Deep Ellum, The Arts District and Dallas Farmers Market,. Filled with activations and history, this is one neighborhood block party you do not want to miss!

Start the day off right at the 2023 IAEE Expo! Expo! with the Terence Donnelly Memorial Health & Wellness Event! hosted by Maritz. Train Like One Of Us with Cowboys Fit! Turn your body into a fat burning furnace with cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training and athletic drills. Improve agility, balance, core strength and flexibility while your body is power training and burning fat. All fitness levels welcome and modifications will be provided by the instructor.
The Terence Donnelly Memorial Health & Wellness Event (aka TDawg) is in honor of Terence Donnelly, who unexpectedly passed away in July 2019, this event is designed to bring the IAEE community together to celebrate both our host city and Terence. Terence had a passion for the industry and loved being part of the IAEE community. He enjoyed learning, mentoring and helping others succeed, and we can’t think of a better way to honor his memory. All wellness challenge registration funds will be donated to support the CEIR Foundation to help others not only in their quest to be healthy, but to learn and educate themselves about the exhibitions industry.

Founded in 2009, IAEE and GES have collaborated to produce this annual charity event to build, maintain and strengthen the relationships by raising funds for a local non-profit organization. Humanity Rocks: A Celebration continues to celebrate the finest achievements of the exhibitions and events industry while giving back to the host city’s local community.
This year Humanity Rocks will be giving back to the Stewpot Dallas. The Stewpot offers a safe haven for homeless and at-risk individuals of Dallas, providing resources for basic survival needs, as well as opportunities to start a new life.
This is a ticketed event – separate registration is required ($95 USD per ticket).
